Nottingham College is one of the largest further education colleges in the country creating opportunities for employment and progression to higher education for the people of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, raising their prosperity and that of the local economy. Our greatest asset is our people, and we believe in changing lives through excellence in education and employment.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our Creative, Digital and Science Apprenticeships team at Nottingham College.

Applicants will ideally be able to assess level 2, 3 and 4 apprenticeships in accountancy. You will be expected to partake in 12 weekly reviews with learners and employers as well as maintaining monthly contact to ensure that Apprentice progression is on track. There will be a requirement to manage a caseload of apprentices, plan and deliver individual sessions to support progress towards the End Point Assessment (EPA) and to meet apprentices individual needs with a specific focus on developing knowledge, skills and behaviours.

If you can motivate and inspire all apprentices so that they are supported to achieve excellence and are encouraged to achieve their full potential including higher grades, then this is the right role for you
