Medication Supervisor

We are creating a new role in our 2 companies; Autumn House Care Ltd & The Moorings Care Ltd.

The position would be attractive to a carer who has an interest in Medications and Medication Management.

The role would involve overseeing the safe storage and admininstration of medicines for clients at 2 locations. You would be responsible for training staff and ensuring safe systems are operating effectively. The locations are in Cowes and Sandown on the Isle of Wight.

The hours would variable but based around 11am to 5pm, 4 days per week. Training and supervision of staff may need to be done outside of these hours and therefore some flexibility would be required.

You would need to:

- Have undertaken some training in Medication Administration, Storage, ordering and Recording.
- Have a care qualification or equivalent at level 3
- Have your own transport

You will be working as a valued team member supporting clients and staff. You would be liasing with phamacists and other professionals.

Your well being is important to us and we will ensure you have a clear off duty rota and training will be provided.
