**About this opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Execution Desk Support to join our Cardiff team on a 9-month fixed term contract.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Support the Portfolio Execution Assistant
- Completes all work according to procedures and standards
- Production of contract notes and valuations for clients and other administration tasks
- Collates and verifies the accuracy of information and work provided
- Production of cost illustrations and Key Information Documents
- Assists team members as required and works effectively with colleagues
- Information giver - providing clients with information and not advice
- Client interaction should be maintained within Brewin Dolphin’s conduct and professionalism standards

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Maths/English GCSE or equivalent is mandatory
- Ability to prioritise workload and identify when they need support to achieve goals
- Gaining an understanding of dealing for execution only clients and processes
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills
- Clear and concise communication skills - oral and written
- Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales
- Flexible and reliable team member
- Ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results
- Collaborative and inclusive approach to work
- Demonstrates the BD values
