We are looking to grow our team of Café Hub Assistants to support the day-to-day tasks of the Café Hub in Hawick.

We are looking for individuals with personality, common sense, a good sense of humour and the ability to make things happen. You will be an excellent people person with a can-do attitude. You must be able to think on your feet and definitely have a creative approach.

You will be the face of the café hub and the first person a customer will see, which can often be the only person they will see for the entire day. It is therefore vital that you are someone who finds it easy to talk to people, have empathy and compassion all whilst remaining professional, friendly and welcoming.

The role is hands on, preparing and serving tea, coffee and delicious homemade cakes (if you can also bake them that would be a plus). You will provide a high standard of customer service, being attentive to the needs of our customers whilst being proactive and always ready for the next challenge

Our Café Hub is designed to be a safe place for veterans and members of the community where there is no stigma, you will play a huge role in carrying on this legacy.
