Malcolm Waite Limited are an independent, family owned, Ford Authorised Repairers in Sandwich and Deal. Due to internal promotion we have a rare opportunity for the right person to join our wonderful team in Sandwich and help us look after our wonderful customers.

Applications for the position are invited from suitably qualified/experienced persons who have motor trade experience, preferably in a Ford environment although this is not essential. Some technical experience is beneficial.

The successful applicant will be working alongside our existing team and be wiling to cover positions and both Sandwich and Deal when required.

**About the job**
- Responsibility for the daily running of the Service Department
- Managing the customer experience and keeping them updated
- Responsibility for creating job cards and seeing the job through to invoicing and taking payment.
- Operating and utilising our DMS and Manufacturer Systems
- Responsible for maintaining standards at the front of House (Ford Compliance & Reporting, Mystery Shops, KPI’s, Warranty)
- To manage and resolve customer concerns
- Health and Safety
- AA / RAC / 1 Link Management & Reporting
- Warranty Control and management (QBE)
- Reporting to the After Sales Manager

- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Full driving licence.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
