**Who are we looking for?**

We are searching for an experienced recruiter, who has worked in a full 360 cycle recruitment role with a track record of success. We are open to any sector in terms of previous experience however an Engineering and Construction background in recruitment would be advantageous.

**You will be required to-**
- Communicate job offers and negotiate fees and salaries
- Generate new leads and build lasting relationships with clients
- Know your market and understand the needs of the client
