**Rayner Personnel Vacancy**
Position/Title**:PA**
Location **Chislehurst, BR7**
Basic Salary/OTE**:£25K to £28K**

Our client, a leading sales and lettings agent in the Chislehurst area, is seekinga capable individual to play a key role in the organising and administrative support of the Directors.
**Duties**:
- General office and facilities management
- Answering phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
- Organising and maintaining the diary and making appointments
- Organising meetings and ensuring the Director is well prepared for same
- HR administration such as ensuring all employment contracts and records are current and up to date and annual leave
- Company vehicle management
- Staff Recruitment
- Event planning and organisation
- Any other ad hoc duties required to ensure the smooth running and optimal output of the Director’s office.
**Requirements for the role**:
- Experience in an administration / office role
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent computer skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
**Hours: **9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
