We are a busy, established, and forward thinking Recruitment agency with our offices based in Grimsby, Hull, Sheffield, Wakefield, Nottingham and Manchester.
We have continued to thrive through the pandemic and have seen a significant up turn in business throughout the crisis and we are as busy as we have ever been.
Due to expansion we have an immediate opportunities for Recruitment professionals at all levels trainee to senior to join our Grimsby team.
Based from our office in central Grimsby you will carry out varied duties including
- Assisting managing the organisations temporary and permanent recruitment desks serving some of Grimsby's well known organisations.
Recruitment of temporary personnel
Account Management
Business development including telephone and field sales
Database management
On site registrations and inductions
Managing various job boards and social media advertising
On call duties including weekday evenings and some weekends on a rota.
To be considered for the role, you will be an experienced agency recruiter or you will have at least 3 years experience of working in either a sales, customer service, account management, or client facing role.
You must also drive and have your own reliable vehicle as you will be visiting clients site on occasion. Full expenses paid or car allowance of £280 per month for senior consultants.

Car allowance for senior consultant level
Training, support, and development from experienced Directors and Managers with over 60 experience years in the industry.
To be considered for this position you MUST have a valid drivers licence and own vehicle as you may need to visit clients sites periodically.
You must also have some previous Sales or Customer Service experience in a current role if not from a Recruitment agency background.
No unachievable or rigid targets
