**HR Business Partner**

**Location: Hampshire**

**Salary £85,000**

A highly successful Global Group with it's UK Head Office based in Hampshire is looking for an HR Business Partner to deliver integration activities, working directly with unions, and managing TUPE processes.

This role will be a key member of the UK leadership team, with accountability to the UK Commercial Director.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Deliver integration plans
- Manage TUPE processes
- Work directly with unions
- Provide a full HRBP experience to client groups
- Manage ER casework
