Client Care Lead
**New Veterinary group**

**Hackney (London Fields)**

Are you passionate about creating amazing client experiences that make a difference? Do you have a love of animals? Do you have the skills and experience to lead a client care team, who work to deliver a seamless and consistent client journey taking learnings from best-practice in the broader hospitality industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

You will work to devise, implement and continuously improve our end-to-end client experience. The work will involve a spread of shifts including some Saturdays and has a virtual component that allows for remote work.

We’re so proud of our amazing team and the outstanding care we have planned for our new patients and clients, but it’s not just about taking care of the animals; it’s also about taking care of each other and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We believe in fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and encouraged to grow and flourish, and this is achieved by looking out for one another and celebrating each other's successes.
