Security Apprentice

The Global Services Apprenticeship Program is tailored to meet BCG’s growing business demands. This is designed for someone who is passionate about learning the workings of global cross-functional teams and delivering skills needed for BCG’s global servicessupport functions. This role is part of the Security Team.

**A typical day**
- You will be a key member of the BCG Global Security team and will work with this team as well as the wider community everyday
- You will liaise with BCG offices worldwide to support the development and maintenance of their business resilience capabilities
- Organise and manage an on-going programme of resilience plan reviews and incident response exercises
- Manage and drive development of BCG’s Global Resilience Forum, a network of office representatives aimed at sharing best practice in response to difficult events
- Support members of the Global Security Team across many strands of work
- Improvement and learning from experience to build better, more efficient processes

**You must have**
- GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
