**About the Role**:
We are seeking a friendly, dynamic, self-starter to engage and support women who have received a conditional caution and directed to attend Hampton Trust diversionary workshops.

**Job Title**:Women’s Service Practitioner

**Responsible to**: Women, Children & Young People’s Service Manager

**Hours**: 22.5 hours per week (Two days in office / delivery sites & one homeworking day)

**Salary**: £24,000 to £26,999.00 pro rata per annum

- proactively engage and communicate effectively with individuals from all backgrounds
- have an ability to work effectively within multiagency settings
- have knowledge and understanding of safeguarding

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working with women in/out of criminal justice system: 2 years (required)
- delivering group work/individual interventions to women: 2 years (required)
- assessing risk: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Southampton, SO40 7AA
