**THE ROLE**

ZONE are a Blinds company based in Glasgow and Wishaw. We cover all the central Scotland area, measuring & installing our products such as Blinds, Pelmets, and Shutters.

We are seeking an individual who strive for excellence, that can excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Estimator/Fitter you will demonstrate our vast range of products in homes or business premises, as well as offering excellent service to all our customers, measuring the customers windows accurately. You will also fit the product once it is manufactured.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To sell and advise customers the most suitable product to cover their windows, taking into account all window restrictions.
- To measure each window accurately with a steel tape measure.
- install our products in professional, clean tidy manner.
- Able to route and plan your day and demonstrate cost efficiency on fuel and expenses.
- Advise customers on all Child Safety regulations and other legal requirements of the trade.
- Develop a great rapport with our customers to ensure they will use our services and recommend us in the future.

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- Ability to work well as part of a team and as an individual.
- Ability to accurately measure using a steel tape.
- Able to use power tools and drill into all fixings.
- Able to work at height on occasion.
- Ability to use a mobile phone and handheld tablet.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems or issues on the job.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Full training will be provided but sales or fitting experience in the blinds trade, curtains trade, Kitchen fitting, and Joinery would have an advantage.

**SALARY INFORMATION**
- **Basic Salary £27,500**:

- **Monthly Performance Bonuses OTE £50k+**:

- Company van or Mileage allowance on your own vehicle.
- 28 Days holiday Entitlement.

**HOURS OF WORK (40 hrs)**
- You will work 40 hrs a week, **Monday to Friday **between the hours of 9am to 6.00pm. (Optional overtime will be available)
- This position is job and finish.

**GENERAL INFORMATION**
