HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator for a hybrid role. Our client is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of their goods and are an expanding international organisation. Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will help in delivering the entire employee lifecycle.
**Role responsibilities**
- Drive the new starter and leaver process
- Prepare all formal meeting invitations
- Monitor short/long terms absences across the group
- Prepare all change to terms documents
- Liaise with payroll for employee changes
- Assist hiring managers with recruitment process
- Maintain HRIS system
- Prepare employee engagement survey
**Person Specification**
- Previous HR experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail orientated and methodical
- Strong problem solving skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and efficient
- Self motivated and able to work on own initiative
The hours are 35 per week. There is the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. In return you will receive a salary of between £26000-£30,000
