Sales Administrator Job Description

Answering the phone and assisting customers with their queries.
Processing orders and invoices using Amazon software. Resolving data errors such as pricing, EAN code and product codes. Managing disputes of shortage and price claims. Chasing overdue payments. Liaising with Amazon account manager to support growth of ourAmazon business. Creating new product listings.
Develop and manage our sales with other our accounts. Processing sales orders using Sage, arranging deliveries, raising invoices, reconciling sales invoices to make sure they are added against the right supplier’s account on the system.
Handling customer reviews, complaints and return requests on online platforms.
Managing and coordinating all deliveries with the logistic and warehouse
Producing reports for management and implementing promotional activity
Monitor inventory, office stock and other supplies as and when required
Delivering excellent customer service. Build relationships with existing customers and potential customers.
Any other duties as required by the company.
