Oxford College of Education is currently seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to join our Sales and Marketing team as a Sales and Marketing Apprentice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and perform various sales and marketing tasks to support the team and gain valuable experience in the field of sales and marketing.

Your Tasks
- A Sales Marketing Apprentice typically takes on a range of responsibilities to learn and contribute to the sales and marketing efforts of a Oxford college of Education. These responsibilities may include:

- Market Research: Conducting research to understand the target market, customer demographics, and industry trends.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and generating potential leads or prospects for the sales team.
- Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with tasks such as creating sales materials, proposals, or presentations.
- Content Creation: Developing marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing sales and marketing data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Campaign Execution: Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including online and offline efforts.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Using CRM software to manage customer and prospect information.
- Market Analysis: Evaluating the competitive landscape and providing insights on market positioning.
- Sales Meetings: Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to learn sales techniques and strategies.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on sales and marketing activities and presenting findings to the team or management.
- Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
- Feedback Gathering: Collecting customer feedback and insights to improve products or services.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties like scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
- Customer Service: Providing support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
- Compliance: Ensuring that all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.

You will typically work under the guidance of experienced professionals to develop practical skills and gain a deeper understanding of sales and marketing practices.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday and Weekend availability ( NO SUNDAY ).
