**Brief description of Role**

To work alongside the Commercial team and supply chain to formulate rooting & Item Set Up requirements whilst working in line with lead times and batch quantities.

To be responsible for all Movex and SAP Hana related activities for current and upcoming projects and the day to day upkeep of the system in accordance to requirements.

**Essential Person Specification**:
vTo work alongside the Commercial team and supply chain to formulate rooting & Item Set Up requirements whilst working in line with lead times and batch quantities and to co-ordinate the flow of new item set up, including confirming the specification involved.

vTo support the Planner with production/sub-contract within Movex and SAP Hana systems and supporting with creating all customer packaging within the system.

vTo maintain the daily upkeep of the Movex /SAP System.

vTo work through rootings for all current projects/new business whilst validating accuracy of data and making amendments wherever necessary.

vTo support the Commercial Manager and department in the upcoming transferral of system move to SAP. Duties may include, but are not limited to, data cleansing, data migration, set up of items within the new system, training, process mapping.

vTo support the Internal Sales team with ad-hoc duties until SAP Hana is fully implemented. Duties may include, but are not limited to, order entry, RFQ support, general admin tasks.

vTo work as part of a team but have the ability to work alone to solve problems.

vExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

vThe ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.

vStrong knowledge of IT skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
