An exciting opportunity to play a vital role as a UI/UX Product Designer working as part of our client’sDigital Portfolio team, you will aid UI design of digital platforms, support and guide the product owners with their vision. In addition, you willbe Working with Agile practices and the UX team process you will be reporting to the Agile and Product Delivery Lead, who manages agile implementation across the company. Deliverables include design mock-ups, prototyping, and production of visual assets

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Confident in running or contributing to workshops, gathering feedback, and running user interviews.
- Create digital designs that take on board the KPIs and creative brief that has been defined with the client.
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create prototypes that can communicate to clients and customers for user testing.
- Ability to design and prototype in Figma.
- Proficient in designing high-fidelity UI.
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers.
- Experience operating under an Agile delivery model, and/or a software development environment.
- Experience with delivering products from concept stage, through pilot to launch and BAU.
- Experience with supporting in bid documents and writing content about UX, HCD, etc.
- Understanding of user testing techniques and methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with colleagues who are overseas.
- Planning, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload and those of juniors.
- Experience using prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) and working with Design Systems.
- Confident in UX design deliverables such as storyboarding, user flows, site maps, information architecture and wireframes.
