**Job Title: London Stock Replenishment Manager / Junior Merchandiser**

**Reporting to: Head of Supply Chain**

**Location**:Bardon with Travel to other NRS locations and events as required which on the outset of the contract could result in overnight stays.

**Job purpose**:
My role as London stock replenishment Manager is to order, manage and control the stock within the London Consortium contracts and ensure the nightly replenishment of recycled stock is available for the depots on a daily basis. This includes stock, spares and specials.

I will liaise with suppliers and depots to ensure that all PO’s, Invoices and queries are resolved in a timely manner.

London Stock Replenishment Manager (MY) responsibilities include administration, management, project management & delivery of all streams of stock for the London Commissioners on behalf of NRS.

I need to be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker with a good understanding of productivity and cost thus helping our NRS keep stock available within the contract whenever it is required, while ensuring our cost centre and stock costs are managed within KPI’s.

There maybe a requirement for the role to look after contracts outside of the London commission on an adhoc basis.

Ultimately, its with myself and my teams’ job to help our company grow and thrive, delighting our customers to ensure they trust us as their provider.

Accountabilities:

- Stock Management
- Calculate the daily orders for the depots on the buying report.
- Place the orders with the suppliers ensuring we are only buying new stock where a requirement exists.
- React to changes in customer demand.
- Obtaining and maintaining all lead times/minimum order qty’s and minimum order value.
- Manage any surplus stock across the depots & offer it to the wider network.
- To monitor stock usage and ensure that levels are maintained so that depots do not go out of stock of products.
- Stock Transfers - The movement of products between depots to ensure stock availability and reduce new stock purchases.
- Expedite all outstanding orders on a weekly basis ensuring system delivery dates are updated and accurate for all users to view.

- Delivery Management
- Resolve delivery issues/POD’s raised by the warehouse by liaising with suppliers quickly and efficiently
- Invoice queries resolved promptly and cleared for payment
- Purchase Order Management
- Ensure that all orders are complete and that all data has transferred from ICON to SAP correctly.
- Ensure no open purchase orders left in the system.
- Working within the Team:Provide cover when other team members are absent.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholdersTake a proactive approach to ensure best practice is maintained and built upon on a day-to-day basis.

- Excellent Excel Skills.
- Ability to use other Microsoft package.
- SAP experience (S4hana) would be preferred.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and Procedures.
- Competent Mathematical skills.

**Salary**: £25,508.00-£28,000.00 per year
