**Job Overview**

Perform reception, administration, and vetting duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the site in which you are located.

**Main Duties**
- Work as part of a team to process visitors, contractors and employees onto site in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the management with administration tasks.
- Authorisation of access to site in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining a number of computerised database systems.
- Conducting regular audits on procedures and tasks.
- Compiling reports as required.
- Issueing and receiving passes and recording of personal information.
- Contacting site personel and arranging escorts for visiting agencies.
- Searching of baggage and personel items in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting the management and customer with administrative tasks.
- Updating and maintaining multple database sytems.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Contribute support and training of reception duties to the remainder of the security team.
- Support the management with recruiting and induction processes.

**IT Skills**
- Microsoft Word - Intermediate.
- Microsoft PowerPoint - Intermediate.
- Microsoft Excel - Intermediate.
