If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Head of Reception at Rosevean Veterinary Practice, Penzance.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Clients and their Pets, Horses and Farm Animals. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, medication requests and providing high level customer service in a range of other areas. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records amongst other administrative tasks that keep the Practice running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be responsible for the line management of our current team and be able to provide support and guidance to develop the team further.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanour who has a committed attitude to work.

There is a requirement to work the odd Saturday morning on a roughly 1:6 basis.

Previous experience in a veterinary receptionist role is preferred, but not required.
