Customer Support / GDS Support - Permanent - REMOTE

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The support specialist will be expected to do the following:

- Diagnose and analyse customer issues
- Solve customer issues
- Ensure follow-up with technical teams
- Write articles in order to enrich the product knowledge database

Essential Skills:

- Experience in Technical Support in the Travel Sector
- Customer relations Management

Role:

- Advise and provide technical expertise to customer requests while respecting company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Diagnoses and analyses customer issues
- Be responsible for writing articles to enrich the product knowledge database.

To qualify for this opportunity, you will have the followings:

- Experience in Technical support
- Customer relationship management
- Thorough knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo and Saber) would be a plus
- Understand the technical or professional components of the job and keep technical knowledge up to date.
- Analyze problematic points by studying them in detail.
- Make rational and systematic decisions based on relevant information.
