Cctv Operator

**Main Event Security**, an SIA Approved Contractor, is a leading provider of security services across various sites and events throughout the UK. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced SIA licensed CCTV Operator to join the Main Event Security team to cover various client requests at prestigious events trhoughout the UK.

As an SIA licenced CCTV Operator working at one of our many event sites, your main duty is to ensure the safety and security of visitors, clients, their employees, their premises and their property.

General responsibilities for the role:

- Responsible for actively monitoring and overssing the health safety and welfare of all Security Officers, visitors and clients across the event, using CCTV systems.
- Providing clear and concise infomtaion to the Event Management Team, reporting incidents as they occur.
- Liaison with ground teams and clients in the event of evacuations.
- Following and implementing daily tasks from management.
- The ability to work as part of a team and to work unsupervised.
- Competent level of IT skills.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

- Hold a valid SIA CCTV licence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, pleasant manner and approachable.
- Smart, well
- groomed and confident with a professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to use your own initiative.
- Have the ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Employment is offered on a zero hours contract basis.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- CCTV Operator: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- SIA CCTV licence (required)
