Pro1 Recruitment seeks a skilled CNC Drill / Laser Drill Operator to operate and maintain department equipment, conduct quality checks, and ensure precise CNC and laser drilling operations for printed circuit boards. This is a permanent position with opportunity to learn and grow within the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate department equipment and perform quality checks.
- Set up panels for drilling, conduct laser drilling and laser profiling.
- Enter job details into the work in progress tracking system.
- Read Padstats and basic drawings for accurate drilling.
- Inspect Printed Circuit Boards using measuring devices for compliance.
- Maintain a safe and orderly workplace.
- Complete departmental documentation accurately.
- Ideally, possess experience in manufacturing or CNC machining in the PCB industry.
- Pension and Health Shield plan offered after qualifying period.

Shift timings:
08:00 - 17:00

Monday to Friday

Pay rate:
Pay rate is negotiable dependent on experience and ranges from £10.42 to £12.25
