**What does this Support Worker job involve?**

**Hours of Work**:40 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 08:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 20:00 / 08:00 - 20:00 / 20:00 - 08:00 + Some Weekend Work
- **Building Relationships**: Support workers focus on fostering relationships while aiding individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and wellbeing.

- **Supporting Independence**: Whether it’s through volunteer work or living semi-independently by managing household tasks, support workers encourage self-reliance.

- **Assistance Levels**: From aiding in physical activities to helping with daily tasks at home, support workers offer support that aligns with the individual’s needs.
