- The Design, development and maintenance of APIs and micro-services for integration with existing back-office systems, new front end digital services and third-party solutions.
- Building web-based products and services to serve a variety of motorists and employee's needs.
- Designing, implementing and continuously improving these digital services, creating controls, standards and documentation to ensure they are robust and scalable.
- Working collaboratively and cross functionally within the business, Belron International and third-party development partners. Championing the delivery of innovative digital tools that support business growth.
- Sharing knowledge and expertise of these digital technologies, tools and techniques with the wider team and business, technical and non-technical audiences including management.
- Support 3rd party development and liaise between Business Analysis and 3rd parties during design and development.
- Building up a useful, robust automated test suite to support a Continuous Deployment environment.
- Own day to day operational support issues and production changes relating to API and micro-services ecosystem, with support from third party providers as necessary.
