**Slinger Signaller Requirements**:
**Projects: Commercial, Infrastructure and Residential**
- **CPCS Slinger Signaller Certification**: All applicants must hold a valid Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) Slinger Signaller card.
- **Thames Water Passport**:

- **Safety Critical Medical Certificate**: A valid Safety Critical Medical certificate.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and non-verbal communication is crucial for this role, as Slinger Signallers are responsible for signalling instructions to crane operators and providing clear guidance to ground personnel.
- **Teamwork**:The ability to work effectively as part of a team is important. Slinger Signallers often collaborate with crane operators, site supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- **Problem Solving**:The role may require quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address unexpected issues or emergencies during lifting operations.

**Slinger Signaller Responsibilities**:

- Signal instructions to crane operators in a clear and precise manner.
- Ensure the safe movement of heavy loads during lifting operations.
- Communicate with ground personnel and equipment operators to coordinate activities and maintain safety.
- Inspect lifting equipment and slings to ensure they are in good working order and report any defects or issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute lifting operations efficiently.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Handle any emergency situations that may arise during lifting operations.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of lifting activities and incidents.
