Administrator

Length of time 4 weeks, with a possible extension.

Mon - Fri 0830 - 1700 (1 hour lunch).

**Tasks**:

- Dealing with site delivery issues, as priority, when they arise.
- Completing any necessary checks to ensure all deliveries complete.
- Resolving any paperwork issues in dispatch.
- Assemble completed orders, making any adjustments noted.
- Dispatch all orders to invoice on time.
- Print all hauler labels.
- Enter parcel bookings on to system.
- Investigate & Escalate (if necessary) any stock anomalies identified.
- Work closely with Dispatch floor to ensure OTIF orders & admin completed
- System admin amendments for changes to transport/dates
- Uploading dispatch photos
- Mark off paperwork on production planner & scanning when completed.
- Liaising with Haulers & couriers to obtain PODs and forwarding to customer
- Haulage invoice checking.

Knowledge of CRM systems beneficial.

£11.40 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Expected hours: 37 per week
