Our client is an innovative intellectual property firm with offices across Europe and is looking for an **Electrical Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor**to provide electrical maintenance and facilities assistance in one of their Central London corporate offices.

**Your responsibilies as an Electrical Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor will be;
- To oversee all aspects of PPM & Reactive maintenance, oversee all M&E, first fix/minor repairs & HVAC systems.
- Oversee annual black building shutdown & fixed electrical installation inspections.
- Testing of emergency lighting and visual/PAT inspection of electrical items as required.
- Monitoring BMS system, changing A/C set points & critical alarm actions.
- Monthly water testing in accordance with L8 guidance.
- Day to day operation of access control, intruder alarm & CCTV.
- Fire safety management strategy and health and safety risk.
- Ordering supplies, managing stock control and replenishment of kitchen beverages and consumables.
- Handling deliveries and confidential waste management.
- Setting up meeting rooms and assisting with internal office moves.
- Other general tasks and handyman duties.
- Liaising with the building manager, building engineer, contractors, coordinating site visits ensuring they work safely & ensuring works are completed.

To be successful as an Electrical Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor you will;
- Be qualified in a Mechanical & Electrical Bias e.g City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Plumbing, 18th Edition etc.
- Experience in managing BMS systems.
- Hold a Health & Safety qualification e.g IOSH, NEBOSH
- Have a hands on and proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Be happy dealing with soft services element of the role.
