**What you'll be doing?**:
- Creating and delivering of a medium-term Roadmap for the Data Lineage Tooling Framework within Barclays
- Developing and championing a design blueprint from inception through to delivery, adoption and ongoing usage
- Ensuring the framework is robust, well governed and evolves with changes to global infrastructure and business needs
- Working with global Business & Technology teams to identify Data Lineage Business Value streams and deliver on a pipeline of work to achieve business objectives
- Evolving the Data Lineage tooling and Operating Model to make the creation and maintenance of Data Lineage more sustainable.
- Ensuring compliance with all group-mandated policies, procedures, standards in relation to Data Lineage and driving conformance through Governance Forum
**What we're looking for**:
- Technical experience building out and supporting system designs to meet strategic goals
- Project management and experience in creating framework to monitoring targets, metrics
- Ability to design or re-engineer processes to support strategic deliverables
- Direct or indirect exposure to the Chief Data Office
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- Specific knowledge of Data Management Principles
- Experience working with industry leading data tool
