REQUIREMENT

We are embarking on a new exciting phase of expansion and seek a highly experienced Head of People to lead our Human Resources department and drive our company's people strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and programmes that align with the organisation’s overall goals and objectives
- Lead the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement.
- Oversee employee development and training programsthat create opportunities for progression and growth.
- Introduce measures to promote a progressive and inclusive culture that’s in alignment with the organisation’s values.
- Develop an employee benefits and compensation structure that recognisesachievement and supports personal and organisational growth.
- Manage employee relations and performance management issues
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on all people-related matters

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Relevant professional qualification in HR
- Demonstrable experience in human resources management, including relevant time in a management level role
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives and programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company is a plus
