**Electrical Contracts Manager** required for our client; electrical compliance and safety specialists who are fast growing based in the South East responsible for keeping commercial, industrial and government buildings compliant. They requirean Electrical Contracts Manager to join their operations department based in Kent.

**Electrical Contracts ManagerPosition Overview**

The Contracts Manager will be primarily based in the office, with site visits required for client meetings, technical site surveys, estimation activities and engineer audits.

Office duties will consist of organising the engineering workforce, allocating labour to contracted works, negotiating supplier rates, creating schedules of works for larger projects, dealing with client requests, technical queries and quoting installationworks.

Where required, mobile duties will consist of providing support on site, taking responsibility for efficiency and quality, ensuring we offer the best quality service to our clients. The role also comprises health and safety responsibilities and on-site audits.

**Electrical Contracts ManagerPosition Requirements**
- Be qualified to the 18th Edition with at least C&G 2382 and 2391 (or equivalent).
- Be suitably experienced around Inspection & Testing requirements, Electrical Installation Condition Reports and other NICEIC accredited certification.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.

**Electrical Contracts ManagerPosition Remuneration**
- £40,000.00 - £45,000 per annum.
- A company vehicle, including fuel card.
- Laptop, mobile, iPad.
- Opportunities for further advanced industry-based training.
- Private medical care (ex. 1-years' service) with the opportunity to include immediate family.
- 30 days' annual leave (incl. Bank Holidays); plus, the opportunity to purchase up to 5 extra days.
