We have a fantastic career opportunity to join BAM Nuttall in our Planning and Project Controls team, to support forensic and risk planning on our projects within the UK. The appointment will report to the Forensic and Risk Planning Manager, who is based out of our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey.

An understanding of risk management concepts will be required, and organisational skill and accuracy in dealing with data will be essential.

**Your mission**

In the role you will call on a diverse range of skills including planning, reporting, and risk management. You will support processes, tools and systems to manage programme risks (Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis - QSRA) and training to grow a programme risk management culture based on robust and efficient risk management process.

As a clear and confident communicator, you will work with colleagues across the business to ensure implementation of business standards and QSRA training. This will include planning and supporting project and programme risk workshops.

**Who are we looking for?**

**Your skills and experience will include**:

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of team and independently as required.
- Practical working knowledge of QSRA tools for schedule risk analysis e.g. Primavera Risk Analysis, ASTA power project, Deltek Acumen Risk etc.
- Experience of planning and delivering quantitative risk analysis.
- Experience in planning and supporting programme risk workshops.
- Understanding of Monte Carlo simulation, modelling results, and risk management approaches.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate successfully with project teams.
- Demonstrate confident presentation skills and embrace opportunities to share information with others.

**Your work environment**

You will not be expected to be based at our Camberley Head Office, in Surrey. Arrangements for working from an area office near to home can be agreed, but the home location will need to have good access to transport hubs. You must be prepared to travel within the UK, including overnight stays away from home.
