**THE COMPANY**
Working across a range of notable events, this established event management company prides itself on their many years' experience planning, organising and running popular events that welcome over 60,000 visitors. Over the last 20 years, they have establishedand grown business across the events spectrum delivering a range of large-scale events in both the sports consumer and agricultural B2B sectors. With their own expansive events space, as well as exhibitions halls and venues they also run events externallyat other venues.

**THE ROLE**
They are looking for a strategic thinking, strong leader who can steer the company as required, as well as overseeing operational management and ensuring continued success as their Managing Director. You will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing the day to day running of the business
- Identifying and developing growth opportunities
- Working collaboratively with 2nd tier management to lead the team
- Overseeing and managing operational aspects of the business
- Strategic planning
- Managing finances and budgets
- Managing event logistics and resources when required
