Key responsibilities:

- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understanding customer needs and recommending products or services that meet their requirements
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Receiving and processing stock shipments
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible availability to work weekends and evenings as required
