They are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join the service, breakdown and maintenancedepartment who will ideally be based within the Portsmouth / Southampton area.
The Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Heating Engineer will be working throughout commercial sites such as local authority buildings and communal high rises. The Commercial Gas Engineer will be tasked with maintenance and repair of commercial sized boilersand appliances. The Commercial Gas Engineer must have a proven track record of lone working, fault finding and direct client interactions. The Engineer should be based in a location where you can attend service visits throughout the PO and SO postcode area.
**Commercial Gas EngineerPosition Overview**
The Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Heating Engineer will be required to travel throughout the PO and SO postcode area performing servicing, breakdown and repairs of commercial boilers and appliances. You be working primarily within the local authority,working with high rises and flats.
**Commercial Gas EngineerPosition Requirements**
- ACS Commercial Gas Tickets
- Based within the PO or SO postcode areas.
- Experience in commercial breakdown and repairs is essential (at least two years).
- Full UK Driving Licence
**Commercial Gas EngineerPosition Remuneration**
- £45,000 - £47,500 - Basic salary depending on experience
- Overtime (x1.5 and x2 on Sundays and Saturday afternoons)
- Company Van and Fuel Card
- 40 hour working week
- 1 in 5 weeks standby (£150 bonus to hold phone, door to door travel pay on call outs etc.)
- 20 days + bank holidays
