Warehouse operational work associated with the receipt, storage picking and despatch of orders, using such mechanical aids as necessary and conforming to ISO 9001:2015 Quality standard.

This post may involve overtime and on occasion working at other locations and operational departments within the Groups.

Specific Responsibilities

Undertake warehouse duties in accordance with procedures/work Instructions

Experienced Forklift driving ability in loading, offloading containers from bays and manoeuvring awkward loads/ items.

Verifying incoming deliveries, number of pallets/boxes to be unloaded

Experience of repetitive manual handling work
- handballing containers and palletising

Working in a team environment

Processing and preparing customer orders

Order picking

Checking incoming loads for damaged goods and discrepancies

General housekeeping duties

Signing in and labelling goods

Checking documentation against goods received and despatched

To be adaptable and flexible in approach to work.

Working on different sites as and when the need arises.

To ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, company policies & procedures and maintain a high level of health and safety

Essential Criteria

At least 2+years’ experience in a busy warehouse environment

Full UK Driving license and access to own transport

Experienced Forklift Operator with valid Forklift Licence -Counter Balance

Physically fit and able for manual handling work/ handballing off loads

BSNI is acting as a recruitment agency

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.42 per hour
