**Support Engineer - IT Apprenticeship Level 3**

At Xuper we provide an extensive range of products, services and solutions selling global support, hardware, software, audio visual/video conferencing hardware solutions including video conferencing systems and associated professional services.
**About the Role & Responsibilities**:
- Acting as 1st Line Support on the Service Desk
- Working as part of the larger Service Desk team to complete tasks
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Logging calls into the Service Desk ticketing system
- Supporting customers to resolve 1st line queries
- Providing remote access support through TeamViewer etc
- Assisting with network faults: LAN, WAN, VPNs
- Migrating Office 365 to cloud
- Updating company database
**Essential Requirements**:
- Basic IT knowledge
- Interested in IT and eager to complete apprenticeship
