As AM Administrator, General Support you will be an integral member of the Administration team delivering service excellence to all internal and external customers. You will provide critical administrative support to cross functional teams within NOV supporting various departments as and when required along with everyday tasks. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office software will be critical to this role as will your ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers of NOV.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage all travel requirements including flights, accommodation and visas.
- Review, check, update & maintain Kronos timekeeping system
- Prepare and distribute weekly Service utilization reports
- Update various travel and tax related spread sheets
- Assist all departments with filing of relevant documentation onto Rig Office
- Provide Administrative assistance to all departments as required
- Assist with Reception and facility maintenance tasks as and when required
- C arry out any other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE or equivalent, level 3 or above

**Experience**
- Working knowledge of administrative functions

**Skills, training, or special knowledge**
- Computer literacy with a good command of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook.
