**What you’ll be doing**:

- Check end user data is valid via applicable media (E.g. Trilogi / MJDI / SCCS / IMS / Manual documents) to ensure correct data configuration
- Where data is not valid, work with end user and CAMSS to determine correct information. If this is not possible, reject demand
- Assess the most cost and time effective fulfilment route for the demand. Routes to be assessed cover those within the ‘Operate the Supply Chain Model’
- Provide KPI figures to relevant reviews - Performance Review / Project Review / CSR
- Through liaison with Part 145 Fwd/Depth and 2nd Line Bays understand overall requirements
- Using appropriate fulfilment solutions prioritise demands, using the RDD’s, to ensure the end user requirements are satisfied and maintain and manage asset data on BAES and the customer systems (IMS and SCCS)

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**
- Knowledge and experience of the Supply Chain, associated systems and customer interface is beneficial to the role (Maintinex and MJDI)
- Intermediate level using Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
