**Personal injury Fee Earner - Fast track RTA - Leeds**

Applications are welcomed from Paralegals, Litigation Executives, Legal Executives or Solicitors - Two positions have arisen for an experienced fee earner with litigated RTA experience to join this leading motor team. Fee earners advise a range of insurer and corporate clients on delegated and non-delegated matters across a mix of sectors from retail and leisure to manufacturing and logistics. Corporate clients also include a number of FTSE 250 companies.

This motor team represents a broad range of clients throughout the practice group, including well-known corporations and household brands. They also work collaboratively across a number of offices, though this role is based from the Leeds office.

Responsibilities will include:

- Liaising directly with the in-house legal teams of insurer and corporate clients as well as with third party solicitors
- Assessing cases from liability and quantum perspective and formulating case strategy
- Progressing files rapidly and ensuring best possible outcome for the client
