**Graduate Internal Sales Engineer**

**The Company**:Our client are a UK subsidiary of a German based organisation who have a strong history in the technical marketplace. They are a specialist in the development & sales of geared motor systems, electronic drives, and motors. Theyhave a thriving UK team with locations in Yorkshire and Oxfordshire and an external sales team covering the various regions of the UK. They love to promote from within and give excellent technical & commercial training to their staff throughout their careers.

The Graduate Inside Sales Engineer will be discussing torque, power ratios, and working out new configurations depending on the end user's needs. You will be supported by the Customer Service Team who will process orders and track them, and also throughthe Technical Team who will be able to escalate queries that are more in-depth or require specific knowledge.

You will be based in their Oxfordshire office Monday-Friday working closely with the other Internal Sales Engineers, Customer Service, and Technical Teams.
- Have a Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Degree (or equivalent)
- Commutable to Abingdon, Oxfordshire
- Has a passion for engineering
- A mindset to speak with customers on a daily basis
- Understands questioning techniques and can develop specifications
- Full UK driving licence as there may be travel
- Excellent communication skills

**The package for this Graduate Internal Sales Engineer role**:

- Base Salary £28k-30k
- Bonus: £3k
- Pension
- 25 days holiday
