We are currently on the lookout for a Highly influential individual who can provide first class residential care in your area. The company is person centred in their approach to the care that they provide and are recognised as being highly respected in the way they support in their clients in the services and staffing team.

The company are looking for somebody who is is willing to work casually and can be relied on when needed the most.

The company hold themselves very high up and pride themselves on promoting a person centred, strong and creative support system for children with highly reactive emotional and behavioural difficulties from mild to severe based upon there assessed needs within supported living environments to promote their individuality and quality outcomes.

They offer progression, training and consistent and reliable support if desired, as well as helping you towards your qualifications and growth throughout the company.

As a support worker, alongside the general daily tasks and requirements, they will require their staff to assist in creating and planning activities for the clients both inside the home and within the local community.
