work must be up to nhbc standard, clean and tidy

Foundation work, splash course, screen walls, setting out, retaining walls

Good conditions, all island are scraped out plenty of room to work

Price work ONLY available for 2 and 1 gangs minimum. Retention applies (£250 per man )

must be motivated, reliable and want to work, own tools, ppe and cscs card

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chertsey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bricklaying: 5 years (preferred)
- Masonry: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
