Production Operatives

This manufacturing facility is semi-automated and produces materials in the automotive safety systems industry. You would be working hands-on with the machinery and some of the job roles are listed below:

- Safe set up of all required production equipment
- Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of production machinery
- Manual handling of products, packaging, specification checks
- Reacting quickly and safely to any issues that may arise while monitoring operations of the equipment
- Constantly observing all equipment ensuring correct use

The shift pattern is a classic 12 Hour Continental Shift rotation with the shifts listed below:
3 Days on: 06:00 - 18:00
3 Days off
3 Nights on: 18:00 - 06:00
3 Days off

Due to the shift start and end times, you must have access to your own transport or live locally to Congleton.

The hourly rate is £12.46 -** earning you an annual salary of £27200** (Possibility of being upskilled based on client requirements to a Weaver role at £14.00 - if you are an experienced têxtile weaver, please get in touch) Overtime rates available. You will be paid weekly through Blue Arrow.
