**Job Description**:
- ** Job Title**: Training Administrator
- ** Job Type**:Permanent
- ** Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
- ** Job Location**:Camberley
- ** Salary**: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
As Training Administrator you will be responsible for the administrative function to support the UK Academy business activities and facilitate efficiency through personal initiative and teamwork. You'll work with the UK Academy team to ensure that every customer has the perfect training experience, through exceptional customer service and support
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of IRCA accredited courses including management of exams, invigilation and submission of accurate paperwork to global.
- Produce joining instructions, pre-reading materials and other relevant related documentation, to ensure delegates have sufficient time to be adequately prepared for courses attended
- Participate in management of VILT courses, including hosting, technical support and tutor support
- Liaise with suppliers and tutors to ensure complete and necessary materials are available at every training venue
- Participate in the maintenance of databases, for accurate job processing and statistical analysis
- Accurate and timely invoicing, to ensure no late invoicing or credit notes
- Manage account and billing processes to ensure compliance with financial procedures, including account requests, proforma invoices and World Pay.
- To provide input into the annual course scheduling of public courses, ensuring sufficient coverage of course type, regions and tutors.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this position you'll have experience working in a customer focused environment and have relevant administrative experience
You'll also have:
- Experience of working to tight deadlines under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Be self-motivated and work with mínimal supervision
- Experience in performing relevant administration tasks in order to support business functions
