As a Warehouse Trainer at our Fresh Direct Corby Depot, you’ll play an integral part of the Operations team by providing training, coaching, and supporting warehouse colleagues to enable them to complete their role safely and effectively from new starter inductions through to combination training in both a class room and on the shop floor environments to cover theory and practical approaches.
Your role will also be to support the management to ensure all staff are constantly up to date with there training. You will plan, prepare, and deliver sessions with confident teaching methods, sharing best practice and a passion for learning. Clear communication, an ability to build rapport and developing strong working relationships will be key to your success. This is a standalone role, so you will need to be confident and comfortable working independently and take ownership and responsibility for delivering high quality work.
To join us as our new Warehouse Trainer, you must have proven knowledge from experience as a vocational Warehouse Operative. If you take proactive action to develop new skills, have computer skills in particular Microsoft Office and can demonstrate attention to detail and this role is for you.
