Your new role
As Product and Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the overall strategy of the company's key brand to achieve sales targets and promote sustainable growth. The markets you would be working across will be UK, Ireland, Nordics,and Benelux. The key responsibilities encompassed in this role will be innovation, category management, training, insights, pricing, and budget. You will be managing the launch of new products and monitoring the performance post launch and reporting theseKPIs, developing full 360 (growth) marketing strategy working across teams such as Trade Marketing and Digital Marketing, creating marketing collateral and conducting market research and customer data analysis to implement into future product strategy. Youwill be reporting into the Head of Product Development and working alongside six other individuals in the Product and Category Team across the different markets.
