Bodyshop Receptionist

Requirements:
- Previous experience at a Bodyshop is essential
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including knowledge pinewood / pinnacle DMS
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles in the body shop
- Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and provide accurate estimates
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records of repairs
- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems for documentation and communication purposes
- Maintain an organized work environment and ensure proper storage of paperwork and files
- Provide general clerical support to the body shop office

Pay: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
