The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator include:

- Manage the full recruitment process for a variety of roles
- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure all business needs are met
- Reporting on KPIs
- Managing a team

**Profile**

The successful Recruitment Coordinator should have:

- The ability to effectively manage multiple vacancies
- Experience managing a team
- The ability to travel nationally to attend recruitment fairs
- Excellent IT skills

**Job Offer**
- £25,000 - £28,000 salary
- Commission
